City Package ride

• Clients are accountable for covering expenses such as Fuel Consumption, Toll Taxes, Parking Fees, and similar charges
• Our car rental service is accessible within the city limits from 6 am to 12 am exclusively.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the driver with one meal while within the city, or alternatively, remit PKR 500 in lieu thereof
• The fuel tank of the vehicle must be replenished to the same level as provided at the commencement of the journey
• In the event that the service duration surpasses 12 hours, customers are obligated to compensate PKR 500 per hour for overtime

Bookkaru Car Rental Cancellation Policy:

At Bookkaru, we understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. To provide you with a hassle-free experience, we've crafted a cancellation policy that balances flexibility and fairness.

Cancellation Period:

• Cancellations made 2 days or more before your scheduled pickup time will not incur any cancellation fees.
• Cancellations within 1 day of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount.

How to Cancel:

• For your convenience, cancellations must be made through our official channels, either on our website/app or by contacting our friendly customer support.
• Please note that cancellations made through unauthorized channels may not be considered valid.

Refunds:

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed promptly, typically within 14 working days.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking or will be refunded in the Bookkaru wallet.

No-Show Policy:

• In the unfortunate event of a no-show (not appearing at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice), the full booking amount will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.

Modification Policy:

• Changes to the booking details, such as the pickup/drop-off location, date, or time, are allowed without any charges, provided they are communicated in a timely manner

Force Majeure:

• Bookkaru reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation policy in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that impact our ability to fulfill the booking.

Driver Unavailability:

• If, in the rare event, a driver becomes unavailable or other operational issues arise, we'll make every effort to find an alternative solution. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued..
