There are multiple ways to reach Karimabad:

There is no direct transport to Karimabad. You will have to reach Hunza/Gilgit from Islamabad, Lahore or Karachi; you will have to take a 20+ hour bus/car from these cities. You can also fly to Gilgit from Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc, and then take a taxi or local Hi-Ace to reach Hunza Valley..

Once you get to Gilgit, you can take a van directly to Karimabad from the bus stop on the outskirts of the city. This should take around 2 3 hours depending on how long they will be driving around, picking more people up.
